We cordially invite all academics and practitioners in related fields to join us at the International Conference on Social Sciences and Humanities (ICOSAH), organized by the AID Academy (previously known as the AID Conference) since 2016.

This conference invites papers from various fields in science, humanities, and social sciences. The primary goal is to provide opportunities for academicians, professionals, practitioners, and policymakers to share their thoughts and research findings with others in their field or those interested in the subject. High-quality papers will also have the opportunity for journal publication.

HOW TO PRESENT A PAPER AT ICOSAH ?
(Open to all academic, professionals, postgraduates and undergraduates)
  1. Submit your abstract at: https://forms.gle/7tGdmaTeaj81oki47
  2. An acceptance letter will be given after the abstract is reviewed by our internal reviewer.
  3. Prepare a 10-12 minute presentation video and upload it on YouTube.
  4. Prepare a full paper (optional). 
  5. Make the fee payment and submit it together with the YouTube link in the Google Form: https://forms.gle/djWHCKSA6Wt5eMfQ9
  6. Email the full paper to [email protected] if you wish to publish it in our journal, International Journal of Communication, Management and Humanities (IJCoMaH), which is indexed in MyJurnal. If you only wish to present your paper at the conference and do not submit the full paper, or if you plan to publish it elsewhere, that is also acceptable.
  7. Enjoy all presentations on the AID YouTube Channel, keynote speeches on the AID Academy website, or the live closing ceremony on the conference day. Award announcements will also take place on the conference day.
  8. Receive your digital certificates as a presenter and/or award winner within 1-2 weeks after the conference.
  9. Presenters may choose one of the following options:       
  10. (a) Attend the online Q&A session on 22 October 2025 via Zoom. The exact time slot will be provided later
  11. ​(b) Attend the online Presentation and Q&A session on 23 October 2025 via Zoom. (for presenters who choose this option, do not need to submit the YouTube presentation link in the Registration Form).​

WHO SHOULD ATTEND ?
The AID Academy welcomes all experts in the field of humanities and social sciences to share their research findings and new perspectives related to the field. Experts include academicians, practitioners, professionals, policymakers, and graduate students at both PhD and master's levels. In addition, the AID Conference also provides an opportunity for undergraduates to present their ideas, ongoing theses, or completed theses at any of our conferences.​

Presenters from Malaysian public universities are NOT ALLOWED to use any research grant to pay the registration fee for this conference, as it is not organized by a specific university. All presenters are advised to take note of this, and the AID Academy appreciates your cooperation.

This conference aims to achieve the following objectives:

  5. ​To keep the industry updated with the latest empirical studies published by academics worldwide.
WHY PRESENT AT ICOSAH ?
Conferences organized by the AID Academy are unique as they offer:
  1. Various awards for all presenters, including Best Paper Awards for all participant categories and Best Presenter Awards in each parallel session.
  2. Competitive fees without compromising quality.
  3. Publication in a SCOPUS-indexed journal for selected full papers in the linguistic field (through our collaboration), while other selected papers will be published in the IJCOMAH journal, which is MyJurnal-indexed and published by the AID Academy.
  4. The opportunity to present for FREE through our recruitment scheme. If you introduce 4 presenters, you can present for free. If you introduce 2 presenters, you can present at half the fee.​
CALL FOR PAPERS FOR ICOSAH
1. All papers will be peer-reviewed and may require corrections.
2. High-quality papers will be published in the journals we collaborate with. Authors who wish to publish in SCOPUS-indexed journals should refer to the full paper information. If the journal requires a fee, it must be paid separately by the conference participants.​​
