CANCELLATION POLICY
No refund is issued. The presentation video may involve all group members as presenters or one presenter, and this may be decided by the group of researchers/authors. So, there is no issue of unable to complete the presentation video on time.
YOU CAN PRESENT/COMPETE FOR (ALMOST) FREE WITH US!! - Our Recruitment Scheme
Under the Presenter Recruiting Presenters Scheme, the AID Conference is waiving half of the conference fees/innovation competitors to any presenters who can recruit 4 presenters from any categories (lecturers, practitioners, post graduate students or undergraduate students).
Send 4 complete abstracts with correct format and once each of them is accepted, and each of the presenter pays (the recruiter needs to email the organizer 4 receipts of payment from the recruited presenters), you can present a paper for only paying half of the actual conference fees. Do spread this message to presenters who does not have funding's to present their papers!!
In short, recruit 4 presenters and present 1 paper for half price! Recruit 8 presenters/innovation competitors and compete a product for FREE!!
