AN OVERVIEW OF HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT, TALENT, AI, AND INNOVATION
Abstract
In recent years, the dynamic landscape of Human Resource Management (HRM) has undergone a significant transformation, primarily propelled by the convergence of Talent Management, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Innovation. A comprehensive overview of the interplay among these pivotal elements underscores their paramount significance in sculpting the future of HRM practices across a myriad of organizational forms.
In an increasingly competitive job market, the capacity to attract, retain, and cultivate top-tier talent has become paramount for sustaining success. Talent management has transcended into a strategic necessity on a global scale. In contemporary HRM, the emphasis now rests on aligning talent strategy with organizational objectives, thereby elevating talent acquisition to a pivotal dimension of HRM.
